The Bastrop County Board of Realtors is at it again! We are pleased to announce that our
11th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 20th at
Pine Forest Golf Club along the scenic Colorado River.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your past support. Because of
Sponsors like you, we have raised over $115,000 and distributed over 90 scholarships to
students of Bastrop, Smithville and Elgin High Schools.
We have several sponsorship packages available. As in previous years, we are expecting a
minimum of 18 golf teams. Pine Forest Golf Club has agreed to share this golfing
opportunity with its members and mailing list, so we may see an increase in golfer
participation. We welcome you to take this opportunity to sponsor a wonderful event while
advertising your business with local residents. In addition to recognition at the event, our
sponsors are further celebrated in the local newspapers.
Enclosed with this letter, please find our sponsorship package form and ordering
instructions. We encourage our sponsors to attend the lunch following the tournament to
have an opportunity to meet the golfers that participate. We will also honor this year's
recipients and celebrate their accomplishments.
